**Do you help with September 1st moves?**
Yes. BBRM has 24+ years of experience handling Boston's September 1st lease turnover. Early booking is strongly recommended.

**How does billing work?**
Local moves are billed at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments after a 3-hour minimum. Total billable time is travel time plus labor time. Travel time runs from our Waltham warehouse to your pickup location, plus the return trip from your destination back to the warehouse — so the clock does not start only on arrival. The 3-hour minimum includes that travel time.

**How do I pay, and are there payment fees?**
Cash payments receive a 5% discount. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted with a 5% convenience fee. We do not accept checks. A deposit — typically equivalent to one hour of labor — is required to secure the truck and crew. Deposits are non-refundable, but are applied toward your final bill and remain valid as prepaid credit if you reschedule, subject to availability.

**Do you move commercial offices?**
Yes. BBRM provides full-service office and commercial relocation including IT equipment, cubicles, files, and furniture with minimal business downtime.

**What should I do to prepare for my move?**
Pack all personal items in boxes, disassemble any furniture you can, clear pathways, secure parking permits (required in most Boston neighborhoods), and have everything ready when the crew arrives. Being prepared saves time and money.

**Do you offer same-day or emergency moves?**
