Supply Delivery and Pickup
We deliver packing supplies to your home in Greater Boston. Delivery is available throughout Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Waltham, and surrounding towns. Contact us for delivery availability and timing.
Supplies should be ordered at least a week before you plan to start packing. This gives you time to pack at your own pace without rushing. If you need supplies urgently, let us know — we can often arrange same-day or next-day delivery depending on availability.
Unused boxes can be returned for credit (must be unassembled and clean). This way you can order extra to be safe without worrying about paying for boxes you don't end up using.

DIY Packing Tips
Start with rooms you use least. Guest bedrooms, storage areas, and decorative items can be packed weeks in advance. Save the kitchen, bathroom, and daily-use bedroom items for last.
Pack heavy items in small boxes. Books, records, canned food, and tools should always go in small boxes. Large boxes packed with heavy items are a back injury waiting to happen and a guarantee of a blown-out box bottom.
Don't leave empty space. Boxes with empty space inside shift during transport and contents break. Fill gaps with crumpled packing paper, towels, or soft items.
If it's fragile, consider letting us handle it. Our fragile packing service and partial packing service let you pack the easy stuff yourself while we handle the items most likely to break.

Packing Tips
How to Choose the Right Moving Box Sizes
Selecting the proper box size is essential for safe transport and efficient loading. Using incorrect box sizes can lead to structural failure, overloading, or inefficient stacking inside the truck.
Small Boxes (1.5 cu. ft.) – Heavy Items
Small cartons are ideal for dense items such as books, documents, canned goods, and small tools. Limiting weight per carton improves safety during lifting and prevents box collapse.
Medium Boxes (3.0 cu. ft.) – General Household Items
Medium cartons are commonly used for kitchenware, décor, small appliances, and miscellaneous household goods. They provide balanced capacity without becoming too heavy.
Large Boxes (5–6 cu. ft.) – Lightweight Bulk Items
Large cartons are best suited for bedding, pillows, clothing, and other lightweight but bulky belongings. These cartons should not be overloaded with dense items.
