Every Boston Best Rate Movers quote is built on transparent hourly pricing — $149/hr for a two-mover crew and truck, $179/hr for three, and $219/hr for four, with a 3-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that. Your online quote estimates how many crew-hours your move will take based on your home size, then adds travel time. There are no stair fees, no truck fees, and no fuel surcharges layered on at the end, so the quote you approve is the price you pay.
What's included in the quote
Your quote covers the truck, all moving equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, shrink wrap, floor and banister protection), furniture disassembly and reassembly, and a full-time, trained crew — never day labor. For long-distance moves we quote the same way: hourly and door to door, never by weight or cubic feet, so the number can't balloon after your belongings are loaded.
