What Happens After You Get in Touch
We confirm the details
We ask for your move date, the size of your home, and both addresses — including which floors and whether there's elevator access. Those four things determine crew size and how long the job takes, which is what the price is built from.
You get an estimate
Most moves are quoted from that conversation or the online form. For larger or specialty jobs — a full house, a piano, a gun safe — we offer a free in-home or video walkthrough, which is the only way to give a firm number.
You book when ready
Nothing is committed until you say so. After booking you get access to a client portal where you can view and adjust the quote, submit an inventory, message your specialist, and confirm your date.
Visiting our Waltham office
We operate from a single location — 252R Calvary Street, Waltham, MA 02453 — which also houses our storage facility. It is the only address we work out of; if you see us listed anywhere else, that listing is out of date.
Office hours are monday–friday, 8:30am–5:30pm and saturday, 9:00am–3:00pm. We're closed Sunday. Please call ahead before visiting — crews are dispatched from here through the day and someone may be out on a job.

We are licensed for both intrastate and interstate moving — USDOT #1718049, MC #630047, MDPU #31391 — and every crew member is a full-time W-2 employee, never day labour. You can verify our federal licence on the FMCSA SAFER database.
How you're billed
- All estimates are non-binding. The rate we quote is the rate you pay — the only variable is how long the move actually takes.
- 3-hour minimum, which includes travel time from our Waltham base and back. After that you're billed in 15-minute increments.
- No stair fees, no fuel surcharges, no hidden charges. Materials such as boxes and shrink wrap are billed only if used.
- Payment: cash receives a 5% discount; cards carry a 5% convenience fee. We don't accept checks.
