Delivery & Returns Policy

Unopened, undamaged boxes and supplies can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The 14-day window starts on the day your order is delivered.

Boxes must be flat and unused, and supplies must be unopened in their original packaging. Opened tape, paper, wrap or mattress bags cannot be returned.

To start a return, call (617) 787-3528 or email info@bostonbestrate.com with your order number. You can drop the items off at our Waltham office or ask us to arrange a pickup.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the items are back with us. There is no restocking fee.

Ordered the wrong size? Within the same 14 days we will swap unopened boxes and supplies for another size or item. Any price difference is charged or refunded to your original payment method.

If anything arrives damaged, or something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (617) 787-3528 or info@bostonbestrate.com. We replace or refund the item — no need to send it back.

Delivery is free on orders over $125.00; smaller orders carry a flat $25.00 delivery fee.

We deliver within about 45 minutes of our Waltham office. For addresses farther out, call us first to check availability and any additional charge.

Order before noon for next-business-day delivery; later orders arrive within two business days. Same-day delivery may be possible — call to ask.

Someone 18 or older should be at the address to receive the order. Our driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival.

Need to change the address, the delivery day or the items? Call (617) 787-3528 before the order goes out and we will adjust it. Orders cancelled before delivery are refunded in full; after delivery the returns policy above applies.
