Pricing: hourly with our specialty-packing crew at our off-peak discount tier. Fragile-only china and glassware packing typically runs $447-$596 (3-4 hours @ $149/hr 2-mover). Art collection packing: $596-$1,074 (3-6 hours). Antique furniture wrapping: $596-$895 (3-5 hours). Custom crating: $800-$2,000+ depending on size and complexity. Every fragile item we pack is covered under our $50,000 cargo insurance; high-value items (over $5,000 per piece) can be covered under full-value protection on request. Items packed by the customer are NOT covered under our insurance — a critical detail for anyone considering DIY packing of fragile valuables.

China and crystal receive individual wrapping in acid-free packing paper, with each piece cushioned in foam pouches before being placed in double-walled boxes with cell dividers that prevent items from contacting each other during transport.
Stemware is wrapped stem-first with extra layers of cushioning around the most vulnerable point. We use honeycomb cell kits that hold each glass upright and separated, eliminating the clinking and shifting that causes breakage in standard boxes.
Artwork and framed pieces are packed using telescoping mirror and picture cartons that adjust to fit the exact dimensions of each piece. We wrap frames in corner protectors and packing paper, then sandwich them between layers of cardboard and foam.
Large or high-value pieces receive custom crating built on-site when necessary. Unframed canvases are protected with glassine paper and foam edge guards to prevent denting and surface contact.
Flat-screen televisions are wrapped in anti-static materials to protect sensitive electronics, then cushioned in foam and packed in TV-specific boxes or custom cartons matched to the screen size.
