AMSA ProMover
AMSA ProMover is a certification from the American Trucking Associations' Moving and Storage Conference (formerly the American Moving and Storage Association) awarded to moving companies that meet ethical, financial, and operational standards.
To earn ProMover status, a moving company must hold valid federal and state licensing, carry adequate insurance, pass a background check, agree to a published code of ethics, resolve consumer complaints through AMSA arbitration, and maintain its certification with annual dues. ProMover certification is voluntary — not every legitimate mover has it, but those that do have committed to a higher accountability standard than the minimum required by federal law.
ProMovers are listed in AMSA's public directory and may use the ProMover logo on their marketing materials. Consumers can verify ProMover status on the AMSA website at moving.org.
Boston Best Rate Movers is an AMSA ProMover-certified moving company.
